Every product we manufacture, distribute, and sell is installed and supported by our team of factory-trained and certified field service and support technicians. When you reach out to Fovea, you’re connected with a knowledgeable representative who can address any issues or concerns you may have. If onsite assistance is needed, one of our Fovea field service engineers, with in-depth knowledge of your equipment, will be dispatched.

Our services extend beyond just Fovea equipment. We have service engineers with factory training and certifications on most X-ray systems in the veterinary market, even if you didn’t purchase it from us, we are here to help.

Fovea Wellness Program

Fovea’s Wellness Program serves as preventative maintenance for your X-ray equipment. Our factory-trained field service engineers conduct a comprehensive checkup of your imaging system, inspecting all major components, servicing and cleaning as needed, and recommending any necessary repairs or upgrades. We perform calibration and equipment checks, providing you with an Equipment Performance Report, Certificate of Calibration, and all required local, state, or federal regulatory paperwork. Fovea Support for Life

Fovea Support for Life ensures continuous access to our support and service teams. Unlike many companies who discontinue support after the first five years of ownership, we remain committed to assisting our customers for as long as feasible. Even as options become limited, we offer cost-effective solutions to maintain the functionality of your vital diagnostic equipment. After your initial warranty and support agreement expires, we continue to provide support and service options. You can choose to enroll in one of our annual support plans or opt for hourly support as needed. Fovea is dedicated to supporting you for the lifespan of your product.

Warranty & Support

Fovea offers an up to five-year, all-inclusive, parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty will provide you with peace of mind and access to live, friendly, and helpful support from the most knowledgeable technicians in the industry. Our support team consists of factory-trained experts. You’ll always deal with someone who understands how your system was designed and built if a support issue arises.  Warranties are tailored to the specific system purchased and options selected at the time of sale.
